Sigh, Your Second Life Inventory is Worth more than your Real Life Net Worth!

Arrogant people that have absolutely no reason to be arrogant have to be some of the most annoying people that I have ever met online.  I never could understand how anyone would log into something that is supposed to be fun for the pure purpose of looking down on others.  These people tend to be forum trolls and Facebook worms.

I once met a girl in her mid-twenties, single, lived with her parents, unemployed, self-proclaimed convicted felon, no physical or mental disabilities, and she was on what seems to be a fifth year of community college. For days on end she would cry about her real life literally sobbing about her family, sobbing about rejection from a past love, sobbing about well any and everything. Ironically, this particular person wasted no time in downing others online. People like this speak badly about how others dress in game, but ignore that most of what they have is gifted to them. They refrain from talking to people who they claim “look like a newbie.”  They often look down on others for not having land or a home; ignoring the fact that they stay on other peoples land for free. They always feel the need to comment on the real life relationship of others, but they don’t have a relationship! This type of person is so proud to have “sexy pixels” and look nice online, but wouldn’t dare show their real life pictures because they know for a fact that they would become the latest joke.  The saddest thing is that people like this have no problem with stabbing others in the back.  They have no problem with lying and manipulating others.  You cannot trust an online snobby chick, because they need you until of course they don’t need you.  They will do whatever is necessary to stay in what they believe to be the upper crust of an online community.  But while they do those things online, offline they have nothing.  One thing they do have of course is Facebook courage.  They tend to have tantrums on Facebook – when things don’t go their way – posted on their wall for everyone to see.  They are too cowardly to confront people face to face.  They say random stupid things like “You better not come for me or my friends.”  When you read it you wonder what is she going to do type me to death? Bust a caps lock? What?  Mean people are usually the most insecure and miserable people.  Second Life is not an escape for them it is their only life and the only way that they can feel superior.  Sadly some could do more in real life but that would require actually doing something besides cybering or being a phone sex operator.  The next time some walking contradiction looks down on you in game, don’t get upset, don’t feel bad, don’t  blink just simply say:  Your  Second Life inventory is worth more than your Real Life Net Worth!
